1} Install the software.
2} Just open ares by double clicking the shortcut or directly from start menu.
3} Goto search option and type the name of the movie desired and click search.
4} It will display the files related to your search.
5} Double click on the file you desired to download..(plz read the comments beforedownloading).
6}you can see the progress of your download by clicking on 'transfer'.
